I particularly enjoyed the challenges a cafe throws at you.
When you look at the picture these seems like a simple job to move all the tables and you’ve got a functioning events space. However, we were faced with the street lighting shining through windows at awkward angles, immovable larger tables and no space to store the tables we didn’t need for the event!
After looking at the space in both daylight and in the evening I worked out where we could position the front without having street lights glaring in. The furniture was a bit more tricky as we had to negotiate with other tenants to borrow their space in return for attending the event.
Overall it was a successful event and nobody knew there were many tables squashed in a room next door!
