In November 2019 we celebrated 100 years of women being able to practice law. It was a fantastic milestone but I wanted to recognise that even with this fantastic achievement women in business were still being marginalised and discriminated against.
I decided to run a series of events to highlight these issues and created a forum for idea sharing to empower women to change their organisations for the better.
We held 5 fantastic events where I sourced speakers such as Margaret Mountford, formerly of The Apprentice, Sally Penni, leading female barrister and Lady Justice Thirlwall.
